SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): (Additional charges apply)
  
• Free shipping on orders above ₹ 1099

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all major cities across India including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune.

International Shipping: Currently not available. We only ship within India.

Packaging: All jewellery items are carefully packaged in protective boxes with wrap to ensure safe delivery. 

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using this number.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
